“My Show”

“My Show” is an online, complimentary planning tool, available at PGAShow2019.com/Plan.  Access and search exhibitors; receive personalized recommendations based on interests indicated when registering for the Show; find and message industry professionals exhibiting at the PGA Show; and ‘favorite’ exhibitors, products and seminars. “My Show” syncs up with the PGA Show Mobile App for easy onsite access to your personal schedule.

PGA Member Business Center

The PGA Member Business Center is located on Level 4 of the OCCC, in the Valencia Room, and staffed by representatives of the headquarters office.  Admission is limited to PGA members, apprentices, family members (Rose badges), or escorted by someone with a Blue or Rose badge.  Services available to members and apprentices include daily complimentary seminars, Internet access, insurance and retirement resources, photocopying, registration for various PGA Programs, a PGA Member Restaurant, the PGA Golf Shop and conference areas.

Celebrating PGA Champions & Their Coaches – History Exhibit

The OCCC main lobby that leads to the PGA Show floor features the upcoming 101st PGA Championship at Bethpage Black and stories and images celebrating PGA Champions and their PGA Professional coaches. Take a short stroll through PGA history to connect you to compelling Champions and the special bond they share with their coaches.

PGA Show Equipment Test Center

Visit the PGA Show Equipment Test Center (ETC) – in the Equipment Section (Hall 1A), adjacent to PGA Forum Stage.  This indoor driving range features 50 hitting bays to test the latest equipment, plus see live demonstrations, and try out the putting green.

Live Fashion Show

The latest trends in fashion will be in the spotlight of the runway on the PGA Forum Stage on Thursday, Jan. 24, at 5:45 p.m.

PGA Show Fitness, Wellness & Instruction Pavilion & Stage

The PGA Show Fitness, Wellness & Instruction area and stage presentations, sponsored by TPI, will focus on health benefits of golf along with the programs and products that aid in increasing performance.

PGA Show Golf Travel Pavilion

The PGA Show Golf Travel Pavilion will feature the latest resort, golf facility and travel services from destinations such as Ireland, Scotland, France, Dominican Republic, Australia, Los Cabos, Morocco and more.

PGA Show New Product Zone

The PGA Show New Product Zone, located at the end of the Apparel Hall, will showcase hundreds of the newest equipment, apparel, products and accessories in one convenient PGA Show Floor setting.  Redesigned in 2019, the New Product Zone features a new layout of displays, a demonstration stage, lounge and charging station.

PGA Show Inventors Spotlight

The Inventors Spotlight, sponsored by the United Inventors Association (UIA), is a specialty area designed for inventors to gauge interest from the golf community regarding an innovative new product or service not in the marketplace.

NEW Golf Facility Innovation Center, featuring PepsiCo

The new Golf Facility Innovation Center, featuring PepsiCo, will highlight the latest technologies, trends, innovations and solutions that can be implemented today to impact customer experience, drive more revenue and position a shop or facility for the future.

NEW Global Golf Innovation Competition

HYPE Sports Innovation hosts this new “Shark Tank”-style of competition for golf start-ups, to showcase up-and-coming innovators and cutting-edge technology in golf on Jan. 22 at the OCCC.  Finalist will have a special presence in the New Product Zone exhibit area.

Golf Channel Morning Drive Stage

Each PGA Show day, Jan. 23–25, Golf Channel’s Morning Drive will be broadcast live each morning from the PGA Show Floor, 8:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

PGA Show Performance Textile Fair

The PGA Show Performance Textile Fair offers special access to a curated group of fabric mills and factories specializing in athletic and golf related apparel and features the latest innovations in athletic performance fabrics, along with information on duty-free factory resources.

Inaugural Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference

The Inaugural Racquet & Paddle Sports Conference is co-located with the 2019 PGA Merchandise Show in the OCCC, Jan. 23-25.  The racquet industry event features a hands-on product demo experience and opening welcome party at the USTA National Campus in Lake Nona; and a curated ONE2ONE buying summit, Tennis Owners & Managers (TOM) Conference and a pavilion of racquet, paddle and tennis vendors and organizations at the OCCC.

PGA Merchandise Show Media Center

The PGA Merchandise Show Media Center, located in Room W311, includes comprehensive media services, exhibitor news conference facilities and the PGA Show News office.

Coat & Camera Check Room

A checkroom is located on Level 1 in front of Registration B offices at the bottom of the ramp.  The checkroom is attended only during PGA Show hours.  Items checked must be claimed each day before the PGA Show closing.  Cameras, not affiliated with an authorized media outlet, must be checked.  PGA Golf Exhibitions is not responsible for items left in the checkroom or left overnight.  Due to heightened security procedures, all items are subject to search.

Personal Cameras Must Be Checked

No personal cameras or videotaping equipment of any kind are allowed on the PGA Show floor.  These items must be checked-in at the Coat & Camera Checkroom.  Unauthorized cameras will be confiscated.

First Aid & Emergencies

Emergency calls, call 911 or 407-685-1119 on any house phone for OCCC Security.  There is one First Aid Location at Level 2, C Hall Entrance, Central Lobby.

Lost and Found

Please return all lost items to the PGA Golf Exhibitions Show Office located in Room W315.  Phone: 407-685-5000.

FedEx Kinko’s Business Center

Services available include parcel shipping, copying, FAX, etc.  Kinko’s Business Center is located in the Central Lobby.

Scooters & Wheelchairs at the PGA Show

Scooter and Wheelchair Rentals are available by contacting Scootaround Inc. at (407) 541-0770, by email at info@scootaround.com, through their website at http://www.scootaround.com. Equipment will be available at FedEx Kinko’s in the Orange County Convention Center.  Advance reservations are encouraged.

PGA Show Housing Services

Stop by the PGA Travel Desk located in the Central Lobby area to make your housing reservations for 2020.

Hotel Transportation/Shuttles

Complimentary shuttle buses are provided to and from official hotels (except the Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza, and Hyatt Regency Orlando hotels) and the OCCC.  Shuttle pick-up at the OCCC is located on Level 1 in front of the A/B Hall Lobby.  For Special Needs transportation, please call 407-685-4225. Accessible bus equipment is available during scheduled shuttle hours. Please request service at least 30 minutes in advance of desired pickup time.

Jan. 25: 6:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m.; 1:00 p.m.–4:30 p.m.; No Midday Service.

Buses run approximately every 15–20 minutes during these hours.

Airport Shuttle

Friday, Jan. 25, 11:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., every 30 minutes on the hour and half-hour, departs from OCCC.  Cost is $10 per person (cash only); advance tickets may be purchased at the Transportation Desk located outside the OCCC, Level 1 outside of the B Hall.
