Becoming a Better Golfer Via Fitness, Training Tops Presentations on Golf Fitness, Wellness & Instruction Stage Friday

         The importance of golf fitness and how to train to become a better golfer are among the topics headlining Friday’s presentations on the PGA Merchandise Show’s Golf Fitness, Wellness & Instruction Stage, located adjacent to the TPI and Life Fitness booths at the back of aisles 1200-2700 on the PGA Show floor.

         John D’Amico, an expert in the role proper balance plays in the golf swing, will present “Checks and Balances in Golf at 10 a.m. on the Fitness and Wellness Stage Friday, followed by “Navigating the Golf Performance Super Highway” by Mitch Sadlowski and Dr. James Spencer at 11 a.m.

         Coach Don Stanley will present “Building a Better Golfer from the Ground Up” Friday at noon, followed at 1 p.m. by “Get Fit and Rip It. Improving Your Body and Ball Flight with Golf Fitness X and Orange Whip Golf” by Brian Newman and Jim Hackenburg. Dan Swinscoe closes Friday’s Fitness Stage presentations with “Ultimate Sandbag Training for Golf: The Best Tool You Are Not Using” at 2 p.m.

         PGA Members receive one MSR credit for each presentation they attend at the Golf Fitness, Wellness & Instruction Stage.
