CEOs for PGA, USGA, NGCOA, GCSAA to Highlight Thursday’s Schedule on PGA Forum Stage presented by OMEGA

Four prominent golf industry CEOs will share their perspectives on the state of the industry, while detailing challenges and solutions for 2020 and beyond, during one of several headline presentations Thursday on the PGA Forum Stage presented by OMEGA.

With PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh serving as moderator, United States Golf Association CEO Mike Davis, National Golf Course Owners Association CEO Jay Karen, and Golf Course Superintendents Association of America CEO Rhett Evans (all three pictured) will examine several issues facing the golf industry and share possible solutions during the 11 a.m. PGA Forum Stage panel discussion, which will be recorded and aired at a later date on Sirius XM Radio.

Thursday’s presentations on the PGA Forum Stage presented by OMEGA will also include a Golf Travel Forum at 9 a.m., presented by PGA Magazine, which includes a chance to win a golf trip for two to Morocco for an audience member.  An NFL Player Business Entrepreneurship Panel headlined by former NFL standouts Ron Jaworski and Thurman Thomas tees off the afternoon schedule at 1 p.m., with a PGA Professional Town Hall titled “The Role a PGA Professional Plays in the Game and Business of Golf” scheduled for 2 p.m. and a “Coaching and Recruiting from the Eyes of a College Coach panel scheduled for 3 p.m.
