PGA Professionals, retailers and industry leaders can catch up on the latest golf facility trends, technologies, innovations and business solutions Wednesday through Friday at the Golf Facility Innovation Center, featuring PepsiCo, located in the heart of the PGA Merchandise Show floor in booth 5043.
Company-led demonstrations from PepsiCo, Toptracer and PGA.com will focus on programs to help golf facilities drive more revenue, improve their customer experience and operate more efficiently. Daily demonstrations will also offer fresh ideas on all phases of merchandising and product display features.
“We are excited to offer the new Golf Facility Innovation Center, featuring PepsiCo, for PGA Professionals to directly engage on the PGA Show floor with the latest technology and best practices to enhance their customers’ retail and facility experience for the second year at the PGA Merchandise Show,” said PGA Merchandise Show Event Vice President Marc Simon. “With the latest technology-driven, customer-satisfaction strategies at their fingertips, we hope to help PGA Professionals drive additional loyalty, frequency and revenue for their facility.”
At the 2020 Golf Facility Innovation Center, PepsiCo will share details of the PepsiCo National PGA Program, from which PGA Professionals are able to purchase Pepsi, Gatorade, Aquafina, Lipton and other PepsiCo products at a reduced national PGA rate and benefit from Golf Retirement Plus incentives and national account fountain pricing.
“We stopped into the Golf Facility Innovation Center last year (2019) at the PGA Show and discovered a couple of great programs that have really jump-started our food and beverage revenue,” noted Rawleigh McCullough, PGA Head Professional at Odessa Country Club in Odessa, Texas. “We picked up some great ideas that helped us last year, and that will continue to be beneficial down the road.”
This year, PGA Professionals and PGA Show attendees will learn how they can use the same technology used to analyze shots on the PGA Tour can transform traditional driving ranges into entertainment destinations with Toptracer Range. Not just for golfers, it is helping facilities attract new customers and unearth previously untapped revenue streams.
The PGA of America will be featuring its new PGA.Coach platform on PGA.com at the 2020 Golf Facility Innovation Center. PGA.Coach helps connect consumers with PGA Professional coaches and their facilities. PGA Professionals are encouraged to create a new PGA.com coach profile and can have their profile photo taken while visiting the PGA.com booth spotlight area within the Golf Facility Innovation Center to learn more about PGA.com and the new coach profiles.
Attendees can also have their photos taken with the Ryder Cup at the Golf Facility Innovation Center on Wednesday and Thursday from 1-3 p.m.
