What’s new at the 2020 PGA Merchandise Show? There is no quick, easy answer, but PGA Professionals, industry leaders and retail buyers can study hundreds of new products in a single stop by visiting the PGA Show New Product Zone anytime during PGA Show hours on the PGA Show floor.
Conveniently located at the end of the Apparel Hall in the 8200 aisle, the New Product Zone gives attendees a personal preview of new products in all merchandise categories at the 2020 PGA Merchandise Show – equipment, apparel, accessories, teaching and training aids, golf shop operations systems, and many other categories. For many PGA Professionals and buyers looking for something new to jump-start their merchandising year, the New Product Zone is their first stop when navigating the 10 miles of aisles that make up the PGA Show floor.
“We are always looking for fresh products for tournament prizes and for tee prizes, so we always go directly to the New Product Zone to get a feel for new items and products available for the coming year,” said Brian Ward, PGA Head Professional at Crestview Country Club in Wichita, Kansas. “We find new things to bring into our shop every year, based on something that catches our eye at the New Product Zone.”
More than 130 exhibitors and 200 brands are represented in the 2020 PGA Show New Product Zone, including eSwing’s Electronic Golf Swing Analysis System, WizPak Golf’s Luxury Golf Bag with premium sound, and Eagle Pro’s creatively elegant on-course signage and golf course furniture.
“We’re hopeful that PGA Professionals and other attendees will see our Electronic Swing Analyzer at the New Product Zone and then stop by our booth for more information, test the product and see how it takes swing analysis to a new level,” said Rick Plank, founder-CEO of eSwing Golf Technologies in Seattle, Wash. “Our goals at the 2020 PGA Merchandise Show include hardware pre-sales at substantial discounted ‘Show Special’ prices to golf course driving range and practice-facility operators, and networking with other leaders in the golf monitoring equipment world.”
WizPak Golf is promoting its new luxury golf bag as the world’s first bag with aremium sound system built in, including a 30-watt 2.1 stero speaker system, 3D surround sound technology, Bluetooth/audio cable connectivity, link-ability to two or more WizPak products, two USB charging ports for mobile devices and rangefinders, and many other features.
Eagle Pro has been producing quality golf products such as golf-course furniture and golf-course signage for more than 30 years. Originating in London with operations based in the United States, it manufactures and sells specialty range, clubhouse, and golf course products, and printed collateral such as scorecards and yardage books.
“The New Product Zone is always a treasure trove of new ideas and new products we can put in our golf shop to help differentiate our shop from every other shop in our market,” explained Mike Dowd, PGA Head Professional at Oakdale Golf & Country Club in Oakdale, California. “If you’re looking for new things, large or small, the New Product Zone is the place to start.”
