PGA Works, ‘My PGA Journey’ Presentations Top PGA Forum Stage Schedule

Ten PGA Works Fellows will participate in a special presentation titled “The Millennial Perspective: Attracting a Diverse Workforce” in one of several informative panel discussions on the PGA Forum Stage presented by OMEGA Thursday on the PGA Show floor.

The multi-generational group of PGA Works Fellows will discuss at 9:15 a.m. what matters most to them in their careers, and what they’re seeking from prospective employers and in company cultures. Their insights will give attendees a better understanding of what makes this group tick and be more equipped to shape branding and promotions in a way that is attractive to millennials from diverse backgrounds.

Other Thursday presentations on the PGA Forum Stage include “Inclusion & Diversity: Crucial Ingredients for Innovation” at 10 a.m.; New Callaway Golf Fitting Technologies for 2019 at 11 a.m.; the Sirius XM Teachers Town Hall, featuring PGA Teachers and coaches Michael Breed, Debbie Doniger, Hank Haney, David Leadbetter, Jim McLean and Larry Rinker at 12 noon; My PGA Journey Panel at 1 p.m.; Coaching and Recruiting From the Eyes of a College Golf Coach at 2 p.m., and the traditional PGA Show Fashion Show at 5:45 p.m.

Believing that behind every successful PGA Professional is a mentor who provided guidance and advice throughout their career, some of the most respected names in golf will introduce My PGA Journey, an interactive mentorship experience for PGA Professionals and students, in the 1 p.m. presentation.
