The PGA of America will introduce its national award recipients in a special presentation on the PGA of America Industry Stage presented by CapTech at the PGA Show Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. (pictured are the 2024 honorees at last November’s PGA Annual Meeting).
PGA of America President Don Rea Jr. will team with moderator Brian Crowell, PGA, General Manager at Bally’s Golf Links at Ferry Point in New York, and a CBS Sports golf commentator, to announce the national 2025 PGA Award recipients for the first time.
National award winners will include the 2025 PGA of America Golf Professional of the Year; the PGA of America Teacher & Coach of the Year; the PGA of America Golf Executive of the Year; the Bill Strausbaugh Award recipient; the PGA of America Professional Development Award honoree; the PGA of America Professional Development Award recipient, the PGA of America Youth Player Development Award honoree; the Patriot Award winner; and the Deacon Palmer Award recipient. A PGA of America Section will also be recognized as the Herb Graffis Award recipient for its commitment to growing the game.
Three national 2025 PGA of America Merchandisers of the Year will also be introduced, one representing private, resort and public facilities. A PGA National Awards happy hour will follow the national awards presentation at the area surrounding the PGA Industry stage Wednesday.
All national 2025 PGA of America Award recipients will receive their awards and be celebrated at the 2025 PGA Annual Meeting in November in Frisco, Texas.
