If you notice a jovial artist hard at work with paint brush and easel off to the side of the main podium during the 2025 PGA Show Opening Ceremony, it’s New Mexico native Sergio Gutierrez – who brings sporting events, weddings and special occasions to life with his vibrant paintings capturing the moment.
Gutierrez, who now makes his home in San Diego, is capturing the essence of the “We Love This Game” theme associated with the PGA Show Opening Ceremony on Wednesday morning and at the PGA Industry Welcome Reception Wednesday evening at the Orange County Convention Center.
“I believe in the power of art to connect people and create lasting memories,” says Gutierrez. “In my home studio, I pour my energy into commissioned pieces, infusing each with passion and purpose.
