THIRD EYE BLIND rocks the house at PGA Show Winter Jam on Thursday night

After two busy days of Show floor activity, hundreds of PGA Show attendees flocked to THE | RETREAT Hall to relax and rock out to a triple bill of musical guests at PGA Show Winter Jam headlined by rock band THIRD EYE BLIND, which hit the scene in 1997 and recorded Top 10 US Billboard Hot 100 hits like “Semi-Charmed Life”, “Jumper” and “How’s It Going to Be.”

“This event had a high-end West Coast vibe,” said Deanna Farrell, National Sales Director at SanSoleil women’s apparel. “I love the younger influence coming into the golf industry, and this event certainly showed that.”

It was all part of the PGA Show Winter Jam to benefit PGA HOPE, the flagship military program of the PGA of America Reach Foundation. Veterans, Active-Duty Military, PGA HOPE certified PGA of America Golf Professionals, PGA HOPE ambassadors and PGA HOPE graduates registered for the PGA Show were honored as special guests.

THIRD EYE BLIND, which originated in San Francisco and has recorded five best-selling albums, performed to an enthusiastic crowd after opening acts by Brian Vander Ark of multi-platinum alternative rock band The Verve Pipe and DJ Spencer Ludwig, a Latin Grammy winning and Grammy performing trumpeter, songwriter, producer and DJ.

Corebridge Financial and adidas were supporting sponsors of the event, offering VIP hospitality chalets in THE | RETREAT Hall, including special access for invited guests to the concert viewing and lounge amenities.

“I’m glad that we get to have a concert at the PGA Show. It was a nice way to end the Show today,” said Andrew Duvall, PGA of America Director of Metal Woods at Lancaster Country Club in Lancaster, New York. “Like hundreds of other people here, I’m here with people I work with, so it’s a fun team-building event where you get to know colleagues on a personal level.”
