Five distinct stages on PGA Show floor to provide educational
presentations

PGA of America Golf Professionals, golf industry professionals and all attendees will find educational presentations, panel discussions and insightful speeches at five distinct stages located at different corners of the PGA Show floor during the 71st PGA Show this week at the Orange County Convention Center.

Golf industry and business professionals will share their expertise on a variety of issues that impact golf at the PGA Industry Stage presented by CapTech; The Clubhouse Stage located in the new Clubhouse Pavilion; the Golf Fitness, Wellness & Instruction area Stage presented by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and the Golf Fitness Association of America (GFAA); the Career Zone Stage on the PGA Show floor; and the Inventor’s Spotlight, which showcases new golf and golf lifestyle-related products developed by independent inventors at some 40 pavilion exhibits and hosts presentations to help fledgling companies bring products to the golf market.

A blue-ribbon lineup of presentations and panel discussions on growth of the game, teaching and coaching, PGA HOPE and other PGA and golf industry programs will headline the PGA of America Industry Stage presented by CapTech Wednesday through Friday.

Centrally located within the PGA Hub near the main entrance to the PGA Show floor at the Orange County Convention Center, the PGA Industry Stage presented by CapTech will feature a full schedule of programming focusing on timely industry issues beginning at 9 a.m. daily.  PGA leaders and PGA Golf Professionals will join industry professionals and business experts provide an inside look at various programs from around the golf world.

“The schedule this year for the PGA Industry Stage is filled with incredible individuals who are leading our industry in topics that PGA of America Golf Professionals and other industry professionals will greatly benefit from,” says PGA of America President John Lindert.

The Clubhouse, a new pavilion on the exhibit floor of the 2024 PGA Show, features more than 70 exhibitors, stage programming and pickleball court demonstrations focused on enhancements to clubhouse facilities, practice areas, fitness centers, racquet sports and other capital investments. The Clubhouse provides a home for brand discovery, education, networking and on-and-off-the-course amenities, January 24-26, during the 71st PGA Show at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.

The Clubhouse stage features a full schedule of industry programming from brand executives and experts representing leading golf organizations such as the PGA of America, National Golf Course Owners Association, United States Golf Association, Golf Course Superintendents Association, LPGA and more.

PGA Show attendees can experience three days three days of fitness, medical, health, wellness and instructional presentations and discover specialized exhibitors launching new products at the Golf Fitness, Wellness & Instruction area. Presentations such as how to incorporate fitness, yoga and Pilates into golf training programs, and why fitness centers located at golf facilities have become so successful are among the timely topics scheduled for discussion on the Golf Fitness Stage.

The Career Zone on the PGA Show floor matches students, PGA of America Golf Professionals, and second career professionals with representatives from companies in the golf industry who wish to hire employees.

The Career Zone participating companies, such as NBC Sports Next, 2nd Swing, GOLFTECH, the National Golf Sales Reps Association, the USGA, the PGA of America, Scott Golf, Troon, Fairways to Leadership, and others are at the PGA Show Career Zone to recruit, giving people who wish to work in the golf industry a golden opportunity to meet these employers face-to-face.

The Career Zone Stage is hosting a range of informative workshops focused on career growth and workforce development. Expert speakers will provide practical advice on how to advance your career, build your personal brand and stand out in a crowded job market. Whether you’re just starting your career or looking to take the next step, the Career Zone is the place to make meaningful connections and gain the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

Organized in partnership with the United Inventors Association (UIA), the Inventor’s Spotlight on the PGA Show floor will allow inventors of new golf products to gauge interest in their innovations and take the first steps toward bringing the new products to market. In addition to the business networking opportunity provided by the PGA Show, Inventors Spotlight exhibitors also participate in the UIA Awards Program, where their products are reviewed and top inventions are presented with one of three awards – Most Innovative Concept, Best Marketing, and the Pinnacle Award (Best in Show) – on Thursday at 2:15 p.m. Judging will be conducted by UIA experts, who will be in attendance throughout the PGA Show to answer questions.

In addition to complimentary one-to-one inventor counseling by the United Inventors Association, inventors can take advantage of valuable programming organized by the UIA on the Inventors Spotlight stage. Topics include taking an idea to development, gaining financing to produce a product, patenting, production and product distribution stages.
