Toptracer, the official range technology of the PGA of America, has launched its largest activation to date at this week’s 2025 PGA Show. The company is showcasing its entire suite of products in one space for the very first time.
Via the largest booth on the PGA Show floor, Toptracer has built its own tech-enabled “golf club,” where PGA of America Professionals, golf club operators, media and golf enthusiasts alike can experience Toptracer Range and demo tools that accompany the system for maximum engagement to enhance their businesses. It is believed to be the biggest booth in the PGA Show’s history.
“We’ve really taken it to the next level. We’ve built the exhibit space into what we envision a golf facility would look like if we designed it from scratch,” said Oskar Asgard, Toptracer Senior Manager, Product Management & Marketing. “It would have a really cool driving range, you’d have some indoor bays, you’d have a teaching studio or academy bay, and you’d have a range automation layer bringing true business intelligence into the golf facility.
“We need to be able showcase all of this to show how you can use our products to create a really engaging experience for the golfer that really makes sense for the operator. It’s always cool to have a big exhibit at the PGA Show, but it isn’t just big to be big. It’s big to tell the story we are here to tell.”
To further stake its claim as the leader in range technology, Toptracer unveiled its most accessible platform yet at Tuesday’s PGA Show Demo Day. The new technology gave Demo Day attendees at Toptracer Range grass tee driving ranges the ability to simply scan a QR code in their bay, and gain instant access to their shot distance, ball speed and curve, offering their customers their own launch monitor in their pocket.
Toptracer is already the technology driver for over 1,000 ranges across 35 countries. In 2024, the company announced a partnership with the Angry Birds franchise and secured a five-year partnership to be the official ball-tracking technology supplier at The Open and the AIG Women’s Open. Additionally, the brand was confirmed as the official ball-tracing partner for TGL presented by SoFi, the new innovative team golf league in partnership with the PGA TOUR that is fusing advanced tech and live action in prime time.
