  1. PGA OPENING CEREMONYThe wait is over: The 71st PGA Show opens today! Start the day with the special opening ceremony at 8:15 a.m. in the central lobby of the Orange County Convention Center featuring PGA of America President John Lindert, PGA CEO Seth Waugh and host Lauren Thompson of NBC Sports Next discussing the “We Love This Game” initiative and what attendees can expect at this year’s PGA Show.
  1. FIVE STAGES OF ACTIVITY – Beyond the hundreds of exhibitors, the PGA Show Floor is also home to five stages that will be buzzing with activity and expert presentations all week. Those include the PGA Industry Stage presented by CapTech; The Clubhouse Stage located in the new Clubhouse Pavilion; the Golf Fitness, Wellness & Instruction Area Stage presented by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and the Golf Fitness Association of America (GFAA); the Career Zone Stage; and the Inventor’s Spotlight.   1. NATIONAL PGA OF AMERICA AWARD WINNERSDrumroll, please! The PGA of America will unveil its 2024 national award winners today at 4 p.m. on the PGA of America Industry Stage presented by CapTech. PGA President John Lindert and PGA Master Professional Brian Crowell will preside over the presentation. Stop by to congratulate the winners in categories like PGA Golf Professional of the Year, PGA Teacher & Coach of the Year and many more!

PGA OF AMERICA TOWN HALL/CANDIDATES FORUMAll PGA of America Members are invited to attend the PGA Town Hall Meeting today at 2 p.m. in the PGA Member Business Center in the Valencia Room on the fourth floor of the Orange County Convention Center. PGA of America officers will discuss Association initiatives and answer questions on a variety of issues. There will also be brief presentations from the four candidates for PGA of America Secretary: Barry Howard, Derek Gutierrez, Jared Barnes and Eric Eshleman.
  1. PGA SHOW FASHION SHOW TONIGHT!Cap the day in style at the PGA Show Live Fashion Show, set for 5:30 p.m. in Hall E at the new Concert Lounge. Model and golf aficionado Elise Lobb will host, with several of golf’s hottest brands represented on the runway. Stop by early for the Fashion Show Industry Reception at 5 p.m., then stay to hear the winners of the new People’s Choice Awards for Favorite Men’s Brand, Favorite Women’s Brand and the “Best Dressed” outfit from the Live Fashion Show stage.
